Amazed by the snacks!
amazing staff complimentary snacks
I had such a lovely stay. The staff was really great and always ready to help. I loved the free snacks and drinks. I could enjoy juice, coffee, tea, and snacks all day.
Nothing went wrong, I am so happy with my choice.

Check-in was easy. staff members were friendly. the pantry had free drinks and snacks. It was a good feature. i found the beds spacious and the travel cot and linen were clean. I was happy about that.
the door handle on the room was loose.

a pleasant and smooth visit
useful lounge convenient pantry nice selection pleasant courtyard
i found the lounge and communal areas very useful. the self-serve pantry provided a convenient alternative to a scheduled breakfast. the selection of drinks and the fruit bowl were particularly appreciated.. more biscuits in the evening would be a plus. the courtyard was nice.
the staff at reception was a little reserved during both my arrival and departure.

the shared kitchen included free tea, coffee, and snacks. my room was a decent size. the bed felt comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. i also appreciated the availability of a shared kitchen area.

the room was clean and the location near the bus stop was acceptable.
the breakfast was a joke!!! the tea and coffee tray were not cleaned. the scottish breakfast was terrible. old buns were served.
